What sort of features does it have?

This is a Professional 7 Channel DMX-512 LED stage light. It has Individual control of the red, green and blue LED lamps. Produces a great Strobe effect, with adjustable flash rate. On the back is an LED display for easier operation with a set of buttons to allow manual control of a Menu system. While within, there is a cooling fan to assist with heat dissipation. As a result the fitting does not get warm at all.

The power consumed is just over 36 watts, including the fan. Consequently, this is a Low energy consumption device. There are Dual mounting brackets to hang on a Lighting truss, fix to a wall or rest on the ground. With different control modes, you’ll find it easy to choose one which satisfies your needs. In short The par LED stage light is the perfect addition for a club, DJ show, home party, ballroom, bands, etc.

How did i find it to use?

Very easy actually, the 4 buttons on the back allowed you to program the unit for various responses and pattern of light. Chasing, Fading, Strobe, Sound-to-light (via the built in microphone) etc… The two connected brackets allow for various mounting positions, they can be attached to the tough plastic case with the included fixings. This fitting has 36 LED’s 12 of each Red, Green & Blue, within the unit is a small fan. This serves to help dissipate any heat generated by the Lamps and surrounding atmosphere.

I don’t have a DMX lighting programer, but i did manage to take some interesting footage in a darkened room which i’m sure you’ll enjoy. The Menu’s were easily understood and functions simple to set up. but i most enjoyed the sound to light function.

In Conclusion.

When i was younger, (back in the 70’s) i used to run a Mobile Disco. I would have been delighted to have been able to use these lights. But unfortunately it was before the time of LED lighting. I had to use the old Par 38 Lamps. These are an excellent fitting and really bright too. Easy to operate and they come with a moulded plug so you can’t have any accidents with that. I love this and i’m giving it 5*’s
